Welcome, Autumn..I see you everywhere. Especially my front porch which is decked up with the fallen leaves and I am soaking every bit of it.But, thinking about Velvet nowadays and it has my heart now. It is so feminine and chic. It is such a beautiful trend, and I am devouring it. For Fall/Winter, it goes so well, since the weather is changing so much these days. This mix of weather is velvet friendly. You can find velvet in everything call it Jeans, Bombers, and tops. Fashion week was full of Velvet and its fun to incorporate into your wardrobe.It's truly a timeless beauty. There's something about lace that gravitates me towards it. I remember those childhood days when my Mom used to get the prettiest lace to deck up my dresses. Lace is so delicate and feminine and gives an edge to every outfit. It's so funny that my most worn top is of white lace. Whether its summer, spring, fall or winter this delicate thing goes so well with all the weather. I wore this dress to one farewell party, and it has been on repeat since then. I've already paired it with heels, slingbacks, ballerinas, and booties. And, its hard to say which one is my favorite. I can't wait to wear this dress with my tall boots and of course cowboy hat. Since its fall, I have layered it with my favorite embroidered jacket and chic blazers. The first day of Fall just went by, and I had every reason to cherish it and make it memorable this time. I know why this time? Since our little Siya is born, we are trying to create memories with her and of course looking for toddler-friendly activities. Finding activities for tots isn't easy, the reason being they like something new every time and when they are so mobile, they want everything their way. Ugghh...I know.. Well, we found perfect family activity. Apple picking is the best bet considering this is the season and toddlers love it. Siya had ample fun picking apples and putting them in the basket. Some she ate and some she dropped. Fall has such great vibe to it, and it makes everything beautiful. Now, apple picking has become our new tradition as we enjoyed so much.Thanks, Fall, we are so glad you're. What's your family traditions?
