I’ve been so excited about sweater weather since Thanksgiving as I saw a little ray of winter. It looks like all the knits & layering are making me happy as we don’t get much to savor cold weather especially in tri-valley which is hotter most of the time. The week before Thanksgiving we visited Dallas and I got a fair chance to get dressed in layers as it was 40 degrees up there. Back up here, I am relishing sweaters at home as I don’t want to pull the thermostat trigger too much.

Sweaters never go out of style, every year we see different styles of high neck, mock neck, V-neck etc. They are easiest to dress up & down without putting too much of pressure on style quotient. This year I’ve seen people dressing up sweaters on the midi skirt which is so chic and stylish.

Generally, I pair my sweaters with jeans especially with straight jeans aka “Mom” jeans. I’ve been having a hard time finding the pair that suits me but these ones are by far my favorite. They don’t have any stretch so they run a little small. There are so many white sweaters to choose from but this is on super sale right on & it’s too cozy you wouldn’t want to take it off.

These days I’ve been so inclined towards structured bags, they give such retro feel and they hold stuff too. Some of the identical ones are on sale. Plus you can style them with a scarf especially with a polka dot or floral pink scarf.
I have a soft corner for comfortable shoes. I always like to pair dresses, skirts, jeans, pants with loafers. Loafers are easy to slip on and are very versatile.

I am curious how are you styling your white knits this winter?
