Skirts have always been my favorite & luckily this season they were in vogue. This year we got blessed with plentiful sunshine as the temperatures were soaring in 90’s up here. These days when I peek out the window and see the glorious weather, I plan to get dressed up and soak some sun.
I have some soft corner for skirts as they come in so many variations. You name it pencil, midi, mini, maxi and so many others, and lists are countless. The best part about skirts is you would always find something for yourself. They work on every silhouette. You can always deck it with accessories and your favorite handbag.
Skirts are timeless. Every different season variations come, but there’s always something you can find for any weather. I always like to style mine with the neutral top. Because it’s the easiest way to style. A white top goes so well with mini or midi and on cooler days with full sleeved one. There are so many variations of sleeves that are it’s not hard to dress it up. I am in love with bell sleeved top, tiered sleeves, and crop top.
When it comes to fabrics, I am a big fan of chiffon and jacquard & of course denim since it’s a classic. Since we are approaching to fall, my favorite is tweed and houndstooth. And when chilly weather arrives tights become the best friend. And, if you’ve colder nights like San Francisco, moto jacket works best for layering.
